1. If you wish to purchase single performance tickets they will be
available to the public online and by phone beginning August 3rd.

3. Mobile Symphony, INC. charges a flat handling fee of $5.00 for every
transaction. If you are purchasing season tickets there is a $9.00
shipping fee included. If you purchase Classic Coupons Coupons there is
a $4.00 processing fee for every set purchased.
4. If you cannot use your previously purchased ticket/s, Mobile
Symphony, INC. will be happy to issue you a tax deductible
donation. If you would like to attend another performance, please
contact the box office for availability.
5. Our online service accepts VISA/MC, AmEx, & Discover. At our
box office located at 257 Dauphin St. we accept all previously
mentioned credit cards, cash and check. All sales are in U.S.
dollars.
6. If you have a coupon/Gift Certificate, please fill out the
appropriate information with the performance date you want to attend
anywhere on the card. Mail it in to our office and you will receive the
best seats available for the concert you indicated.

8. Mobile Symphony, INC. respects and protects your privacy. The
information you provide is used only to complete your transaction that
was entered. When you create an account with Mobile Symphony INC., you
must enter the correct e-mail address to receive any verification on
your order. The e-mail you enter into your transaction is the e-mail
address that all of your confirmation information will be sent to.
Mobile Symphony, INC. is not responsible for any faulty e-mail addresses
that have been entered by the buyer at the time of purchase. All
received e-mails from Mobile Symphony, INC. are the responsibility of
the addressee.

9. Tickets can be picked up at the Will Call window at the Larkins
Music Center 257 Dauphin Street, on the day of the concert.
Tickets purchased a week or more prior to the concert can be mailed to
the ticket purchaser.
10. We no longer offer dress rehearsals for public viewing. Mobile
Symphony now fully accommodates our faithful patrons who are not able to
attend our night shows. Encore matinée performances are offered to all
of our programs listed in our brochure season on Sundays at 2:30pm.

11. The Big Red Ticket is a coupon issued to all school age
children K-12. It is not an actual ticket for entry, it is a coupon. This coupon allows free admission to all Sunday
concerts in our calendar season. To
redeem your coupon, present the big red ticket to the symphony box office and
you will be issued an actual symphony ticket for free. The free student must be accompanied by a
paying adult if they are under the age of 16.
The free ticket will be seated next to the paying adult ticket/s. All concerts are reserved seating, so reserve
your tickets today!
12. Children must be ages 3 and up to be admitted. The student rate is $8 on Saturday and FREE
on Sundays of our calendar season with the Big Red Ticket.
13. All latecomers will be sat between performed pieces at the
discretion of management/ushers.
14. College student tickets are $8 on Saturdays and Sundays with
a valid student ID. You must reserve
tickets by phone or in person. Student
tickets are not available online.
15. The Mobile Symphony Box Office is open M-F
9:00am-5:00pm. Our weekend hours are
10:00am to intermission of the concert.
If it is not a concert weekend, the Box Office is closed. The Box Office is closed on all major
holidays. Any other special close dates
will be announced on our voice message system at 251-432-2010.
