Evangeline Thies, principal second

Violin

Evangeline Thies holds a Bachelor of Music from Oberlin College and a Master of Music from Indiana University, and has also participated in such music festivals as Tanglewood, New York String Seminar, and Musicorda. Mrs. Thies has been playing with the Mobile Symphony since 2000 (concertmaster 2000-01) and has also been a member of the Pensacola Symphony, Pacific Symphony Orchestra, Evansville Philharmonic, and Owensburo Symphony Orchestra. She lives in Milton, FL with her husband, Rev. Dr. Daniel Thies, and their three children.
